I’ve never been a fan of tight fitting clothes, and this pregnancy hasn’t changed that. Since linen is rarely a fitted material, it makes for one of my favorites. Plus, it’s nice and lightweight perfect for the warmer months and always makes me think of classic spring looks. This pink and white linen off the shoulder top from J. Crew Factory fits the bill on all these accounts. It’s incredibly forgiving on the growing bump and is the perfect weight for the Atlanta heat. I know I’ll be wearing this top until my bump forces me to retire it.
Since I haven’t purchased any maternity pants or shorts, I’ve been opting for a lot of elastic waistbands (as seen here and here). Luckily, I already had these classic linen drawstring pants from Old Navy in my closet. I think a linen pant, whether full length like today’s or cropped like these, is a spring wardrobe essential. While I love white jeans, sometimes it’s just too hot to pull those out. Thus, the white linen pant is the perfect alternative. This Old Navy pair is only $18 so definitely worth adding to your closet! You can dress them down with a tee and sandals or pair with a tank and kimono for a boho chic look. They are a wardrobe warrior and you’ll love having them to style all season long!
